Beau Donner
Beau has been in practice for nearly thirty years. With a practice largely focused on Real Estate Law, Beau is experienced and familiar with many of the issues that impact buyers and sellers of residential, commercial, acreage tracts, and development properties. Beyond his work as a Closing Attorney, Beau also focuses on Transactional and Business work, and can assist in other matters as well.
A Macon native, Beau attended and graduated from Rosa Taylor Elementary School, Mt. de Sales High School, Mercer University, and Mercer Law School. In time away from the office, Beau enjoys spending time with friends, family, and people in general. Beau also enjoys many outdoor activities. Beau and his wife, Kimbrough, have three children.
Erica Burchell
Erica joined the team following her graduation from Mercer Law School in 2017. As a closing attorney, Erica's practice focuses primarily on Real Estate Law. However, Erica also assists clients with creating Wills and working through Probate matters. During law school, Erica served on the Mercer Law Review and the SBA Academic Affairs committee. She is a current member of the Macon YLD, Macon Bar Association, and the Real Property Law Section of the Georgia Bar.
Born and raised in the Macon area, Erica is a proud graduate of Central High School and Mercer University. During her free time, Erica enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Erica is a member of Ingleside Baptist Church.

Katie Barksdale
Katie has been with Donner Law LLC since 2014. As the Closing Assistant, Katie helps prepare documents related to Residential and Commercial Real Estate closings.
Katie graduated from Georgia Southern University. She is married and has three children. Katie enjoys playing tennis in her spare time.
Rhonda Sullivan
Rhonda joined Donner Law LLC in May of 2014. She supports attorneys in the areas of Estates, Family Law, and Real Estate. Her responsibilities include firm billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Her past legal experience includes bankruptcy, personal injury, and collections.
When away from the office, Rhonda enjoys travel, walking her two dogs, and spending time with her family. Rhonda is married with five daughters.
